Over the past decade, I’ve worked my way up through the real estate industry, from entry-level analyst to portfolio manager, director, vice president, and board-level investment committee member. Along the way, I’ve underwritten, closed, and overseen the analysis of tens of billions of dollars in real estate transactions across nearly every major asset class.
